RETURN POLICY
Please note: We do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I return my order?
Yes, returns are possible within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product is complete, with all original parts and packaging intact.
- The product has not been damaged due to improper handling.
- Items requiring hygiene (e.g. personal care products) have been properly cleaned before return.
- Any defects were reported immediately upon receipt.
- Return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
- We will process your return within 7 working days. If the return meets all conditions, you’ll receive official confirmation within this timeframe.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of use or damage not caused by us.
How do I return my order?
If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@june-mae.com
- Your email must include:
- Your order number
- The reason for return
- A photo of the item (in case of damage)
- Your first and last name
- Your address
Once we receive your request, we’ll send you the correct return address.
Important: Do not send your return to the sender’s address wait for our instructions.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Consumers (individuals buying for personal use) have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date they or a third party (not the carrier) receive the final item in the order.
Please Note:
Our system is fully automated. Once an order is placed, it is processed and shipped immediately. As such, cancellation is not possible after shipping. If your order is already on the way, please wait until it arrives and then follow the return process.
To cancel your order:
You must notify us by email with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.
The cancellation becomes valid only once we receive the returned goods.
The customer bears the cost of returning the items.
Transit Notice:
Our products ship from Asia, and transit times may be longer than usual. If the order is already in transit, it cannot be canceled. You may still notify us in advance of your intent to return the items once received.
Refunds
If you cancel or return successfully, we will refund the full purchase price excluding delivery costs (except for standard shipping) within 14 days of receiving both your cancellation notice and the returned goods.
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for purchase.
You will not be charged any additional fees for the refund.
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
Cancellation Policy

After this window, orders enter our processing system and cannot be changed or canceled.
If the order has already been processed, please wait for delivery and follow our standard return procedure.
